The spring/summer car park maintenance program is in progress. While the start dates and end dates are noted they may vary as they are subject to discovery of larger issues, equipment failures, material/weather delays or unforseen events. The following locations will be affected:

Windsor Carpark

May 12 to approximately July 25
The upper levels above level 8 are closed to traffic. Construction is underway to repair the upper decks on levels 9, 10, and 11.

Stadium Carpark partial closures

May 12 to approximately August 21
The carpark will close in three phases to facilitate maintenance and ensure user safety.

• Phase 1: May 12 to June 11; Levels 8, 9, 10 and 11 will be closed.
• Phase 2: June 12 to approximately July 12; Access to the upper levels will close from level 5 to level 11. Limited space will be available on lower levels 1 to 5. Once the work is complete, the upper levels will reopen. Permit holders will be informed.
• Phase 3: From July 14 to approximately August 21, Levels 1 to 5 will close. The south entry and exit will also be closed, and traffic will be redirected to the north portal.

To accommodate permit holders, Stadium Carpark permits will be honoured in Windsor Carpark, Education Carpark, Lots U, N, L and Varsity.

Timms/Telus

June 9 to approximately August 21
Maintenance work will begin on the Telus side of the parkade on Monday, June 9, 2025. To accommodate the repairs, sections of the carpark will be closed off, one at a time. Once a section is completed, the area will reopen prior to closing off the next section. Traffic will be redirected from the south entry to Telus to the north side. Timms/Telus permits will be honoured in Windsor Carpark, Education Carpark, and lots U, N, L, and Varsity.

ECERF

June 16 to approximately July 22
Maintenance work will begin on level 2 of the parkade on Monday, June 16, 2025. Work areas will be sectioned off. Once a section is complete, that area will reopen. This is to facilitate the repair of the broken concrete in various sections of the carpark. ECERF permits will be honoured in Windsor Carpark, Education Carpark, and lots U, N, L, and Varsity.

R Lot dates TBD: R Lot will be closed to facilitate road repair and overlay. Permit holders will be informed when the start date is confirmed.
