The special issue of the (Vol. 46, issue 2, 2024) edited by Professor Emerita Laurie Adkin was cited and quoted from in this National Post story (August 28, 2025) on the role of Nous in the restructuring of Canadian higher education institutions. Two Political Science Department professors authored essays in this special issue: Laurie Adkin (emerita) and Fiona Nicoll. The National Post article employs the "vampirism" framework for making sense of the consultancy-executive relationship that was introduced by Deb Verhoeven and Ben Eltham in this issue.
