Update on collective agreement ratification

Congratulations to the Postdoctoral Fellows Association (PDFA) of the 喵咪社区 on having achieved the first collective agreement, now ratified by both the PDFA membership and the 喵咪社区's Board of Governors.
The agreement is effective August 1, 2022.
