ß÷ßäÉçÇø Criteria
Applicants are assessed on a combination of academic and professional qualifications. Criteria include:
- A recognized undergraduate degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (or international equivalent) OR at least five years of relevant professional experience plus a real estate certification from the ß÷ßäÉçÇø School of Business or equivalent.
- Statement of Intent letter
- Two letters of reference
- English Language Proficiency (see exemptions)
- Professional work experience (encouraged)
Application process
- Apply online through the Faculty of Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies portal.
- Pay the $135 application fee.
- Upload all supporting documents into the system.
- If admitted, official academic documents must be submitted.
Instructional Fees
The 2025/26 instructional fee is $36,000 (for both domestic and international students) plus non-instructional fees. Fees are assessed by term and will be spread out over the program.
International Applicants
International students are welcome but must consider time zone differences, as all live sessions occur in Mountain Time (MT). Applicants should ensure they can attend evening synchronous classes before applying.
