| November 27, 2025 | Faculty plans and budgets submitted in advance of Tour of Deans |
| December 2-12, 2025 | Tour of Deans meetings |
| February 26, 2026 | Government of ß÷ßäÉçÇø Budget 2026 Announcement (tentative) |
| March 31, 2026 | Approved budget letters sent out to faculties and UWS |
| By May 31, 2026 | ß÷ßäÉçÇø Budget Report due to the Ministry of Advanced Education |
