U of A students interested in education abroad, and incoming exchange students needing support with their U of A programs, can meet with an advisor in person or online. Whether you’re just exploring your options or ready to apply, we can help!

Monday - Thursday- Morning: 9:00 - 11:00 am
- Afternoon: 1:00 - 3:00 pm
Meet with the Right Advisor
Our advisors can assist with your questions about education abroad (including funding opportunities); however, we have specialists available by program type:
- Monday: Faculty-led Programs (including School in Cortona)
- Tuesday: Semester & Full-Year Exchange Programs
- Wednesday: Short-Term & Summer Programs (including e3)
- Thursday: International Internships

Have a general question?
How to Connect through the Student Service Portal
If you don't yet have a Uß÷ßäÉçÇø CCID:
- Go to
- Click on "Sign up" in the top right corner of the screen
- Enter the information requested and click on "Register"
- The information you will need to start using the service portal will be sent to the email account with which you registered. Please check the inbox, spam/junk mail and trash/garbage/deleted folders of that email account for the information.
If you already have a Uß÷ßäÉçÇø CCID:
- Go to
- Click on "Login" in the top right corner of the screen
- Click on "Sign in with CCID"
- Enter your CCID and password, and click on "Login"
- Click on "Submit a General Inquiry" near the bottom of the screen.
- Select "Student General Enquiry" from the drop-down for "What kind of support are you looking for?"
- Select "Go Abroad" from the drop-down for "Student Services - Subject Area"
- Select the appropriate topic from the drop-down for "Topic"
- Fill out the rest of the fields as required
- Click on "Submit" near the bottom right corner of the screen
