U of A students interested in education abroad, and incoming exchange students needing support with their U of A programs, can meet with an advisor in person or online. Whether you’re just exploring your options or ready to apply, we can help!

How to Connect through the Student Service Portal

If you don't yet have a Uß÷ßäÉçÇø CCID:

  1. Go to 
  2. Click on "Sign up" in the top right corner of the screen
  3. Enter the information requested and click on "Register"
  4. The information you will need to start using the service portal will be sent to the email account with which you registered.  Please check the inbox, spam/junk mail and trash/garbage/deleted folders of that email account for the information.  

If you already have a Uß÷ßäÉçÇø CCID:

  1. Go to 
  2. Click on "Login" in the top right corner of the screen
  3. Click on "Sign in with CCID"
  4. Enter your CCID and password, and click on "Login"
  5. Click on "Submit a General Inquiry" near the bottom of the screen.
  6. Select "Student General Enquiry" from the drop-down for "What kind of support are you looking for?"
  7. Select "Go Abroad" from the drop-down for "Student Services - Subject Area"
  8. Select the appropriate topic from the drop-down for "Topic"
  9. Fill out the rest of the fields as required
  10. Click on "Submit" near the bottom right corner of the screen
