Eligibility Requirements

Open to: All Faculties

Level: Undergraduate

 GPA: Minimum cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 in the terms with your 24 most recently completed credits, faculty-specific requirements or partner university requirements, whichever is highest.

Fees & Costs

For reference 2025:

• with housing: JPY 672,000 (approx. $6100 CAD)
• without housing: JPY 405,000 (approx. $3700 CAD)
• Both include domestic insurance, field trip fees, airport pickup and two courses.

The payment deadline is in Japan time. Make sure you know the time zone! 

Yuichi Kurimoto Award for Japan Business Students: Bachelor of Commerce students may be eligible for a fully funded experience. Award value will depend on the program's length and program costs.

Fees are subject to change without notice. Students are responsible for their own travel, visa fees, insurance, books and supplies, food, entertainment, and incidental expenses.
